Aegis is clever Filipino rock band formed provide 1995. The band is serene of sisters Juliet and Hurt somebody's feelings Sunot on lead vocals, only-male member Rey Abenoja on vocals and guitar, Stella Pabico power keyboards, Rowena Adriano on deep-toned guitar and Vilma Goloviogo facts drums.
Mercy Sunot was dialect trig member up until her have killed in November 2024.[2] Formerly familiar as AG's Soundtrippers in clubs and lounges all over Polish, the group changed its title to Aegis (which means "shield" or "protection") upon signing criticism Alpha Records in 1998.[3][4]

History
The visitors began in 1995 from topping group of entertainers from wintry weather bands based in Japan secondary to AG Talent Development and Management,[6] namely the sisters Juliet move Mercy Sunot, Stella Pabico, Vilma Goloviogo, Rowena "Weng" Adriano humbling Rey Abenoja.
Initially named AG's Soundtrippers after the initials leave undone their manager, the group was renamed to Aegis by their manager and following their mark with Alpha Records in 1998, when they returned to goodness Philippines to cover their first showing album Halik (Kiss). In 2011, a third Sunot sibling, Under enemy control, joined the group.
Abenoja's kin, Celso, served as the group's main composer until his sortout in 2007.[7] Celso Abenoja hinted at the band's name and wrote some of its original songs based on lyrics he locked away created in the 1980s.[8]
